Voucher Code Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Objective
These terms apply to all publishers within Opulensi's Awin program. Our goal is to reward genuine value-added promotion through content, influence, and closed user groups. We strictly prohibit the mass scraping, public listing, or unauthorized distribution of voucher codes without accompanying content or qualification.

2. Authorized Publisher Types
Only the following publisher types are authorized to utilize voucher codes for this promotion:

Content Creators: Bloggers, Editorial Sites, and News outlets providing reviews, guides, or articles.

Influencers: Social media creators (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) utilizing codes within captions, videos, or stories.

Closed User Groups (CUGs): Loyalty portals, employee benefits programs, and cashback sites (e.g., TopCashback, Quidco) only where the offer is behind a login/signup wall.

3. Permitted Promotion Methods (The "Qualified Click")
To be eligible for commission, voucher codes must be promoted via one of the following "Qualified" methods:

Contextual Placement: The code must be embedded within meaningful content (e.g., a product review, a styling guide, or a "best of" list).

Gated/Hidden Access: For cashback or loyalty sites, the voucher code must not be indexable by search engines (Google/Bing). It must be hidden behind a user login or "Click to Reveal" mechanism available only to registered members.

Direct Push: Sent via newsletter or direct message to the publisher’s subscribed audience.

4. Prohibited Activities (Mass Listing & Scraping)
The following activities are strictly prohibited. Breach of these terms will result in immediate commission reversal and program suspension:

No Generic Voucher Directories: You may not list our codes on generic "coupon aggregation" sites, voucher directories, or "deal farms" where the primary purpose of the page is to list codes without unique content.

No "SEO Hijacking": You may not bid on PPC terms such as "[Brand Name] voucher," "[Brand Name] discount code," or create SEO pages specifically optimized to catch traffic for these terms.

No Scraping: You may strictly only promote codes assigned to you via the Awin interface or by our Affiliate Manager. You may not scrape or use codes assigned to other affiliates, offline marketing channels, or email exclusives not intended for you.

No "Click-Baiting": Using "Click here to reveal code" functionality on a public-facing page where no code actually exists (or where the code is invalid) to drop a cookie is prohibited.

5. Consequences of Breach
Commission Reversal: Any sales generated using an unauthorized voucher code, or a code promoted via a prohibited method (e.g., mass public listing), will be declined (0% commission).

Suspension: Publishers found repeatedly violating these terms will be suspended from the program immediately.
