If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t yet left our fulfillment centre. Simply reach out to our Customer Care team at info@thesabi.co or WhatsApp +573046419330. We’ll respond within 24 hours.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may return any unused and unopened products within 14 days of receipt. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method once the goods arrive back with us in their original condition.

Please note, we can’t accept returns for:
* Opened, used, or damaged items
* Promotional or discounted purchases
* Individual items from bundles (must be returned as a complete set)
* Purchases made through retail partners, please contact them directly

If your products arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

For UK and EU customers, refunds include your original delivery and return postage costs.

For international customers, we’ll refund the product cost only once received in the agreed condition.
